Master craftsman Jason Borst with over 30 years experience, handcrafts some of the most unique exclusive one off items from his workshop, set in the hills near Kenmare Co Kerry Ireland.
Ernesto Padilla asked him to design and make an exclusive cigar cutter back in 2021 that had to be different as well as functional and made from the best materials money can buy.

After many months of designing and prototypes he came up with very unique cutter indeed, that not only cut cigars superbly but also functioned as a small knife which is comfortable to use and can be resharpened when needed.
The materials used are rare and expensive but the final product is unlike any other. Every cutter is made completely by hand one at a time from the latest stainless Damascus steel, grade 5 titanium and the rarest woods available. Each part is heat treated meticulously to a very high hardness and the wood goes through a long process of stabilisation to make it tough and durable. In total there are over 30 hrs of labour in each one. You can be sure when you hold one of these in your hand that the feel of quality is superb. These are made to last generations and can be personalised with the buyers initials etched into the blade.
